制作方法:

1.黄油隔水融化,加入糖粉和盐,打至稍微膨胀颜色稍稍便浅就好
2.煮熟鸡蛋取出蛋黄,碾碎过筛,加入进去搅拌均匀
3.加入过筛面粉跟淀粉,用手揉成面团
4.揉成小球用大拇指按个坑,饼干会出现自然裂纹
5.使用170度烘烤15-20分钟,表面稍微变色即可
